We’re pleased once again to participate in the city’s popular two-day event and open our doors to the public!
Enjoy free access to our light-filled atrium, open-air courtyard, and intimate Bellerive Room. Additional family-friendly activities in the Education Centre, architecturally-inspired tours at the Museum and neighbouring Ismaili Centre, Toronto, pop-up music and dance performances, and discounted gallery admission are just some of the special offerings in store.
Part of this special weekend’s offerings include A Hidden Order: Solos, Duos, Trios, a live counterpart to the interactive installation in the auditorium lobby. Experience a unique performance unlocking the bond between geometry and live music during this special event!

Architecturally Inspired Tours
Between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm, take part in free architecture tours of the Museum and learn about key features of the site. Tickets will be issued outside the main doors on a first-come, first-served basis. Tours leave every 15 minutes.
While you’re here, be sure to take an architectural tour of the Ismaili Centre, Toronto, located steps away from our front doors.
Hands-on Activities in the Education Centre
Between 12 pm and 4 pm, enjoy free family friendly art activities in the Education Centre. Tickets will be issued outside the Education Centre on a first-come, first-served basis 15 minutes before each session. Sessions begin every half hour.
A Hidden Order: Solos, Duos, Trios
At 2 pm and 4 pm, discover the bonds between art and music during this unique cross-disciplinary project. Tickets will be issued outside the main doors on a first-come, first-served basis outside the auditorium doors 1 hour prior to the event time. Learn more about this event.
Pop-up Performances
Between 12 pm and 5 pm, enjoy free performances of music and dance in various locations around the Museum, Park, and Ismaili Centre, Toronto.
Museum Collections and Special Exhibition
New this year, our first-floor Museum Collections gallery is free for all to enjoy. Access to our special exhibition, The World of Fatimids, is available at a discounted rate of $10 per visitor. Looking to explore our galleries at a more leisurely pace? Join us on any Wednesday between 4 and 8 pm, when access to both our first- and second-floor galleries is free.
