$45 | Auditorium | Reserve tickets
In a rare opportunity to see flamenco as it is performed in its birthplace, Seville in the Six! features flamenco artists based in Toronto and around the world, who have lived, studied, and worked in the traditional clubs or tablaos of Seville, Spain. Showcasing flamenco at its most authentic, this performance is raw, wild, and deeply improvisational in nature.
Anna Colóm (Vocal)
Lakshmi “La Chimi” Basile (Dance)
Aurélie Brunelle (Dance)
Nicolás Hernández (Guitar)
Chendy León (Percussion)
The evening will feature two 45-minute sets with a 20-minute intermission. Artists will remain after the performance to mingle with the audience.
Founded by five of Toronto’s key performing artists and arts advocates, FabCollab is a music initiative that fosters artistic creation and collaboration. Their aim is to address the challenges faced in the music and arts community as a result of the pandemic and are committed to amplifying minority and underrepresented groups, particularly BIPOC and female-identifying artists.
Founded in 2016, Tablao Flamenco Toronto is dedicated to sharing the beauty of the Spanish art form. Along with private and corporate event performances, they host casual and lively cuadro-style evenings featuring different artists every month.
