Program Highlights

Live Flamenco Performance

Enjoy a captivating demonstration of the essential elements of flamenco — Cante (singing), Compás (rhythm), Toque (guitar), and Baile (dance) — brought to life through a mesmerizing performance.

Hands-On Flamenco Fun

Cante: Learn and sing a traditional flamenco letra (verse) alongside the artists.

Compás: Master rhythmic hand-clapping patterns like tango, soleá, and bulería, all while singing together as a group.

Toque: Discover the unique techniques of flamenco guitar and how it interacts with rhythm and voice.

Baile: Get moving with a taste of flamenco dance — explore braceo (arm movements) and zapateado (footwork).

Jaleos: Find your voice in flamenco’s lively encouragements and rhythmic calls that connect the artists and audience.

A Captivating Showcase of Improvisation

Experience how flamenco artists communicate and create music in real-time, and explore how different creative choices bring the same piece to life in new ways.
