The Grizzlies
Inspired by an incredible true story, The Grizzlies is a powerful and inspiring film about a group of youth in a small Arctic community in Nunavut who come together through sport to overcome challenges, build friendships, and find hope. When a new coach introduces lacrosse, a team of young people discover strength, resilience, and the power of supporting one another.
Filled with heart, humour, and unforgettable moments, The Grizzlies is more than a sports movie — it’s a story about courage, community, and young people creating change.
This film is rated R for language and contains drug and alcohol use among teens. Recommended for ages 15 and older.
