Join us for an unforgettable evening of powerful vocals and contemporary South Asian sound.

Natasha Baig, a celebrated singer-songwriter from Pakistan’s Hunza Valley, bridges folk traditions, contemporary music, and Sufi rock influences. Known for her commanding stage presence and emotionally resonant performances, Baig creates music that speaks to identity, memory, and connection across cultures.

She gained international recognition with her Coke Studio Season 11 performance of Shikwa/Jawab-e-Shikwa, which has captivated millions of listeners worldwide. As a former member of the pioneering collective Sounds of Kolachi, she contributed to their debut album Elhaam, produced by Mekaal Hasan.

This live performance features original compositions and reimagined works, including collaborations such as Kesaria with Mai Dhai, alongside songs in Burushaski and Urdu. Audiences can expect an evening of rich vocals, layered soundscapes, and music that honours tradition while embracing a contemporary voice.

The Museum’s Performing Arts programming is generously supported by the Nanji Family Foundation.
