Discover the beauty and meaning behind Fasayfisa’ — an Arabic term for small, colourful pieces of marble or stone arranged side by side to form a unified design. Through this hands-on workshop, participants will create a small ornament using vibrant glass tiles, inspired by the intricate patterns found in Islamic art and architecture. Drawing from examples in the Aga Khan Museum Collections, explore how these repeating designs embody harmony, balance, and creativity, a tradition that has flourished for centuries.
