Game On! All summer long!

Inspired by the Aga Khan Museum’s collections and the upcoming exhibition Game On!, campers ages 6 to 12 will explore the art, strategy, and creativity behind games from around the world. Throughout the summer, campers will design and build their own games, craft handmade boards and pieces, experiment with puzzles and storytelling, and participate in collaborative challenges that combine creativity, problem-solving, and imagination.

Each week introduces a new theme — from global games and strategy challenges to imaginative storytelling and game design — giving campers the opportunity to create custom board games, sculpt game pieces, build puzzles, invent characters, and test their ideas through playful competition. Through hands-on making, gallery exploration, and outdoor activities, campers will discover how games connect cultures, inspire creativity, and bring people together.

Junior (ages 6-8) and Senior (ages 9-12) Summer Camp sessions run weekly for six weeks, starting July 7.

Summer Camp Bursary

The Aga Khan Museum strives to provide accessible experiences for children and families through various programs. To support this commitment, we have secured and are managing funds to assist families with the costs of our camp programs through Summer Camp bursaries.

The Museum’s Education team reviews each bursary application individually, considering a combination of socio-economic factors.

You may qualify for a Summer Camp bursary if:

  • Your child is between 6 and 12 years old.
  • Your family is currently experiencing financial hardship or receiving social assistance.

For any questions about the bursary program, the Aga Khan Museum’s Summer Camp programs, or if you require assistance filling out this form, please contact learn@agakhanmuseum.org.

To Apply:

  1. Submit a separate application form for each child.
  2. Complete all portions of this form. Sections 1 to 5 are mandatory. Section 6 is optional.
  3. After camp, bursary recipients are required to provide an anonymous testimonial (feedback), which will be shared with the donor whose generosity makes the bursaries possible.

All application information and forms will be kept strictly confidential.

As funding is limited, we encourage early applications to ensure consideration.

Application deadline: June 7, 2026

Thanks to the support of an anonymous donor, funding is available to assist families with the costs of our camp programs through Summer Camp bursaries.
