About Connected
What is Connected?
Connected is the Aga Khan Museum’s brand-new streaming service which allows curious minds from all around the world to experience the wonder of the Museum right on their screens. Currently only available to active Friends and Patrons of the Museum, a membership to Connected gives you exclusive access to a growing library of content, including programs filmed on-site and a series of livestreams of Museum events.
What kind of content is available on Connected?
The Connected digital subscription offers an extraordinary journey into the heart of Muslim art and culture and their connection to other cultures.

Currently, we are offering this exclusive experience to Friends and Patrons of the Museum. This ensures that our most dedicated supporters can enjoy its full benefits first. We look forward to expanding access to the public in the near future.
How much does it cost to subscribe to Connected?
A Connected digital subscription is complimentary with Friends and Patrons memberships. Your subscription not only grants you access to a world of digital content but also supports our mission to spark wonder, curiosity and understanding of Muslim cultures and their connection to other cultures.
Will the Museum still be releasing free content on YouTube?
Yes, the Museum will continue to share select video content for free on YouTube and on our website under Explore at Home.

Signing Up For Connected
How do I sign up for Connected?
As an active Friend or Patron of the Museum, you have been automatically subscribed to Connected. Simply visit connected.agakhanmuseum.org or click the button below to log in with your existing Museum credentials.
Why is Connected only available to Friends and Patrons?
As cherished members of our community, your perspective is invaluable to us. This exclusive early access reflects our deep appreciation for your support, allowing you to experience Connected first and contribute to shaping its future.
I was previously a Friend or Patron, can I get access to Connected?
At this time, Connected is only available to active Friends and Patrons. To learn more about how you can reinstate your membership, please visit agakhanmuseum.org/support
Can I gift a Connected subscription?
At this time, Connected is only available to active Friends and Patrons of the Museum. You are welcome to gift a membership to your friend by visiting agakhanmuseum.org/membership. With their membership, they will gain full access to Connected.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription to Connected is a complimentary benefit for active Friends and Patrons of the Museum and cannot be cancelled at this time.
Will Connected auto-renew each year?
Yes, your subscription to Connected will automatically renew annually, provided your membership remains active.
Devices and Troubleshooting
What devices can I use to watch Connected?
You can stream Connected on any device that is connected to the internet once you create your account and receive a confirmation email.
Once you have created your Connected account on your browser, log in to enjoy Museum content on your computer or download the Connected app from Google Play, Roku, Amazon Fire, and Android TV.
I am having technical issues with Connected. How do I resolve this?
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the Connected app:
- Logging out and then logging back into Connected.
- Resetting and verifying proper Wi-Fi connection on your device.
- Checking for any app or system updates.
- Deinstalling the app and then downloading it again.
- If you are still having trouble, you can contact us by filling in the form below.
Why am I getting an error message that says I’m watching on too many devices?
You may be logged in on more than one device, while your membership allows for one device to stream Connected content at a time. To continue watching, discontinue playback on the unauthorized device.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please log in and reset your password immediately.
