Phillip K. Smith III

Phillip K. Smith III (b. Los Angeles, California, 1972) grew up in Southern California’s Coachella Valley and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design. Smith creates light-based work that draws on ideas of space, form, colour, light and shadow, environment, and change. His artwork is held in many museums and private collections.
