Karim Haji

Karim brings some 30 years of extensive executive AKDN and institutional experience both in the profit and non-profit sectors, most recently completing his tenure as Chief Executive Officer with the Aga Khan Council for Canada. Karim’s priorities will focus on HR development across the organization, including strengthening the organizational culture while aligning talent and skills with our strategic forward plan and overall business objectives. Karim will also provide strategic security oversight for the organization given his substantial expertise in harmonized threat risk assessments.
