Eyon Payton

Eyon’s Jamaican and Canadian roots shape his identity as both a writer and musician. He plays alto sax, drums and piano and is an active member of his school community. His musical talent has taken him to several notable stages, including the Aga Khan Museum, the Living Arts Centre, the University of Toronto and Canada’s Wonderland’s Music Festival. In 2025, he received the Leadership Award at the PMTA Instrumental Music Festival.
