Summer Camp is back with an exciting program filled with art and exploration!

Inspired by our upcoming exhibition, Rumi, kids ages 6–12 will embark on creative adventures, fueling their imagination as they experiment with different mediums to create their own masterpieces and make new friends along the way. Campers will reflect on different aspects of love and self-expression through the arts as they explore who Rumi was, the significance of his work, and how we can apply his teachings of love and unity to our everyday lives.

Junior (ages 6-8) and Senior (ages 9-12) Summer Camp sessions run weekly for five weeks, starting July 4.

Weekly Themes

Each weekly theme will be offered during two separate camp weeks. Please note that each of these camp weeks will include the same content.

Rumi and Love

Filled with expressions of love, Rumi’s poetry has inspired countless visual artists, past and present. In this weekly theme, Campers will learn some of Rumi’s teachings about love and other timeless ideals, such as generosity and tolerance, while creating their own artworks based on his words. Campers will consider how they can use their imagination to transform words and ideas into visual art.
