Ceramic dish, with slightly concave sides and a flat rim, the interior decorated with a radiating pattern of elongated leaves, the spaces in between with paired tulips, the rim with a series of scroll-shaped motifs, painted in red, blue, black and sage-green against an opaque-white ground.
